Macht, Norman L.

In addition to coauthoring Rex Barney’s THANK Youuuu for 50 Years in Baseball from Brooklyn to Baltimore Norman L. Macht has written more than thirty books, including biographies of baseball Hall of Famers Cy Young, Christy Mathewson, Tom Seaver, Babe Ruth, and Lou Gehrig.

Macht’s work has appeared in Baseball Digest, USA Today Baseball Weekly, and Baseball Research Journal. He is a packager of children’s nonfiction and a member of the Society for American Baseball Research.
