Bruce G. Paulsen was born in New York City and received a BA from Columbia University and a JD from Tulane University. Paulsen is a partner in the litigation group at Seward and Kissel LLP, a New York law firm known for its expertise in business, financial, and commercial law. His practice focuses on commercial and maritime litigation. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, the Association of the Bar of the city of New York, the American Bar Association, and the Maritime Law Association of the United States. With his father, Gordon W. Paulsen, Bruce G. Paulsen is the coeditor of Out of the Fog: The Sinking of Andrea Doria.
