Teramura, Karen

Karen Teramura received a degree in scientific illustration at the University of Maryland and has been an illustrator for twenty years. Teramura has done design work for publishing houses and illustrations for college-level biology textbooks. In addition, her illustrations appear in the book Chesapeake Bay: Nature of the Estuary, A Field Guilde. Teramura served as a natural history illustrator on the staff of the botany department at the University of Maryland. She lives in Hawaii.
