If you are placing an order via e-mail or fax, please supply your name, physical address, daytime phone number, title of the book(s) you wish to purchase, and quantity.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express on orders within the United States. Checks must include the nine-digit routing number on the bottom of the check.
